PFPX / IFLY 747 config tool number difference

hi guys.

i don't know if its me or pfpx or config tool
i have problems setting up the PFPX data

together with the config tool
for the ifly 747 400 v2.
i can calculate it how i want but the

numbers don't add up the same.
so i explain what i mean.

i start with opening PFPX.
choose a flight lets say EHAM EGLL.
choose aircraft IFLY 747 PW 434 pass 2 class.

than the problem.. PAYLOAD ..
i go to the CONFIG tool and i choose from

random passengers: pass 277 crew 12
CONFIG TOOL info:

CREW&PASSENGERS WEIGHT =  24276KG   53519LB
                         CARGO WEIGHT =  31997KG   70542LB
      ZERO FUEL WEIGHT (ZFW) = 235029KG  518151LB
                             FUEL WEIGHT = 22740KG    50133LB
                          CROSS WEIGHT = 257769KG  568284LB
         CENTER OF GRAVIT  (CG) = 21.2 %
    (from here all are LB)
PFPX:
pass 277 (or must fill in with the crew ? 289)
i get calculated:
bagage = 14.404 lb
cargo  = empty ???
(why does PFPX NOT calculate the cargo ??)
so i fill in from config tool
             cargo   =   70543 lb
            payload = 132.036 lb
zero fuel weight = 528.348 lb

PFPX settings:
and i fly mostly non schendule .
1 passenger weight is 170lb
as bagage is 52 lb

when i calculate the PAX manualy
PASS           277 * 170 =  47090
+ BAGAGE = 47090 + 14404 =  61494
+ CARGO  = 61494 + 70542 = 132036 payload
whits is correct but zero fuel on pfpx

but...ZFW on configt  = 518151 ??
      ZFW on   PFPX    = 528.348 lb
thas 10197 lb more !
what is wrong here ?

am doing wrong and if so than PLEASE
explain me how to use them together to set

everything up ..
