  1. Sorry to say, but it's a SIMULATION. A real airbus costs what? A real Airbus simulator costs what?

I am more than happy with what I get for less than 40 euros. I think that some people have TOTALLY lost perspective of what FSX is and what they demand for the money they spend.

    Please, get real.

True but look at what PMDG, FS Labs, and Level-D offer for not much more. Although this aircraft is visually stunning, the systems are a joke. The old PMDG 737 series is more advanced and sells for less, you can buy their 747 for 10 bucks more (or even less in the box at Fry's). Your reasoning in comparing FS products to real simulators is flawed. One must compare apples to apples, ie. to other aircraft in the FS market. Sure, Aerosoft can say all they want about how this product wasn't meant to be advanced, but consider the rest of the FS aircraft market and the value you're getting with Airbus X relative to it. To me, there is clear disparity here. All in all, too much time was spent fussing with the aesthetics and superfluous bells and whistles while failing to get right what is really important.

I'll wait and see if Aerosoft can prove me wrong in the upcoming service packs, but until then this one is sitting in the hangar.

  2. I believe I share the sentiment of many when I say we need a repaint of JetBlue Airways! A great American carrier with myriads of interesting destinations. Wish I was a skilled painter and I would have had this one down pronto.

    Here's a classic example:

And here's a cool new livery:

    Thanks for your consideration,

    Brandon

  3. Are you talking bout the one unfinished A320 paint that came with the product or the release of a further livery pack?

Very much agree here. The addition of a US Airways A321 would be nice but at the very least Aerosoft should fix their US Airways A320 livery that came with the package. To be specific, the winglets lack the US Airways emblem as can be clearly seen here:

Aerosoft should take care of this blatant error.

On a different note, US Airways OC would be nice as well:

  4. not trying to be pushy, i shouldn't really talk at all since I haven't had any part in the work, but I'm a little curious why a jetBlue repaint hasn't been done yet. Its a very popular US airline and a good one too. aside from their family of 190s I'll gaurantee that you will see a jetblue 320 at any major US airport. so please pretty please can we add some jetblue to the Bus X fleet? trust me I would do it myself, but I have no knowledge of repainting, and youtube surprisingly hasn't helped. I probs wouldn't be here if it wasn't for this bus. first flight when I was little

I concur - we need JetBlue! That's the whole reason why I'm going to buy this thing.

    JetBlue 4 lyfe.

  5. Oh wait, I got something nice for today...

Attached a render (so not from inside FSX) of the pedestal. We made it for a professional customer who might be using the model. Shows the modeling and texturing in the best way. There's a small easter egg kind of joke in there, spot it first and you get a free copy next Monday.

MDDU Ready should read MCDU Ready.
