About This File
Introduction
* This real-life inspired livery was worn by the Douglas DC-3A-279 serial numbered 2190 that was purchased by Pan American Airways System in 1937, but immediately transferred to its subsidiary in South America, called Pan American - Grace Airways (PANAGRA).
* An earlier 1937 livery is included in the Fleet of Fancy #3: Original Operators bundle of 31 paint jobs available elsewhere due to file size limitations here.
* Ten years later, the livery was updated to incorporate PANAGRA's unique yellow striping on the wings, and it is that scheme which is presented here for download.
