nickb84 0
Hi Guys, Sorry I have to post and ask this but i am just getting back into FS after an almost 5 year long gap! I have started to update my FS world and that includes some airport scenery. I had Simwings (aerosoft purchased) LHR 2008 with AES support but now I have updated to the latest version. What happens to the AES credits - is there a way that i can use these for the new version or do i need to buy all over again? I have read quite a few topics that say if they are different versions then you need to buy again which is fair enough but just wondereing if this is the case as both versions i have are by the same developer (simwings). A couple of posts i have read online seem to suggest if its the same publisher you can use towards the updated version? I have a couple of other airport sceneries where this will also be the case so just wanted to get teh answer before I updated many more and lost of my credits or AES support and I need to purchase all over again? Thanks for your help NIck
Rafal Haczek 1612
is there a way that i can use these for the new version or do i need to buy all over again? You have to check each time in the release notes. Usually it requires some credits but with 'discounts' for previous versions owners. In case of Sim-Wings Heathrow Xtended it is 5 credits for a new user but only 2 for an owner of the 2008 version.
