Recently we have seen a lot of codes used to unlock our products being offered for discounted prices. Almost all of them are bought using stolen credit cards. These codes will all be blocked by our systems and you will have to try to get your money back from the seller, we are unable to assist in these matters. Do be very careful when you see a deal that is almost too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true.

  2. There is a simply workaround you can try. The navdata are stored in the following folders: - NavdataPro : C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Aerosoft\General\A3XX NavData - Navigraph: C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Aerosoft\General\A3XX Navigraph The fuelplanner reads the data from the file airports.txt located in the folder A3XXNavData. In case you have a Navigraph subscription, make a backup of the file airports.txt in the A3XX NavData folder and copy the file airports.txt from the A3XX Navigraph folder to the A3XX NavData folder. But to be honest while I use the fuelplanner, I correct the distance part anyway with the number I get from my flightplanning tool. The distance in the fuelplanner is a straight line between ARR and DEP, while the distance of the real route can be much longer.
  3. I thought that might be the case... Thank you for a quick update. Best wishes Alex B
  4. Sorry, but that is not correct, just checked the Installer of Tegel Professional (Zuerich will be the same), there you have the option to select the Destination of the Installpath after you have entered the eMail and Serial, see here the Button marked red: Per default the installer will use the P3D Main folder to add the Addon into Ecosystem\Aerosoft subfolder. But, as the install still use the Scenery-Library Methode to register the Addon, some parts (Effects) will be copied into the P3D\Effects folder.
  5. At the moment, the actual version 1.10 is the newest one and no Updates needed. If you have an older version installed, you need to redownload the installer, as the version 1.10 was a full release, not an update.

  7. Hi Guys, I cannot add the Simwings Heathrow Pro I purchased to my "updates" list. Is this because there are no updates at present? I can see my Aerosoft Heathrow extended , but the Pro does not come up as a valid choice to register. Best regards, Alex B
  8. Could you not make it read the Navigraph file or at least up the Navdata file when you release updates to the Airbus , to keep it a bit updated . Your press release says it works with Navigraph or Navdata for airac cycles, so that should include the fuel planner airbus App Just my thoughts, Still enjoyimg the product and latest version for me is working well Derek
  9. Mh echt komisch. Ich versuche es heute abend mal an einem anderen PC
  10. I am a Member of UPSVAC, as a cargo VA we use the MD-11F there aren't any halfway decent payware on the market we have 375 members alone. There are other UPS VA's and Fedex, KLM Lufthansa, MartainAir, JAL, TAM, VARG VA's all use them as well. Then also there is the need for MD-11 retro Flights most VA's do now using the old retired Fleet Aircraft to fly routes no longer( some are in use but switch the Aircraft for fun) in use but it adds to our enjoyment to fly a classic Bird. Now between all of these virtual air lines of which there are multiples of some of them, I figure there are a couple of thousand members. add to this the hobbyist who fly by themselves. there is a need for a Good payware Version of the Md-11. I bought the skysim MD-11, (not good in my opinion) I own Aerosoft products(A318/319,A320/321 for FSX, and the pro package of all 4 planes also the CRJ-X) and love them and I'm a Boeing guy. if you were to use the up to date changes to the MD-11 and add the interactive Co-pilot ( with checklist) as well as the base MD-11 in it 1980/1990s form you would have a smash hit with a whole lot of flight Simmers....... Please consider my suggestion I really feel this could be a winning proposition, a loyal Aerosoft customer Tony Pace
  11. Hola Walter, muchas gracias por tu respuesta. La verdad, es que empecé a tener problemas con otros addons también, asi que decidí desisntalar el FS9, y empezar de cero, un dolor de cabeza, pero ya no encontraba opciones. Nuevamente gracias. Saludos. Diego.
  12. Thanks Dave! You are one of the main reasons why I love Aerosoft! Attached is a photo of what i'm inquiring about in my previous thread. Thank you again for your help! Maybe this is a p3d v4 issue, which is unsolvable. Roger Repasky
  13. That is a Shader issue. We don't recommend the use of third party shaders with the Airbus. If you're not using any third party shaders, did you delete the P3D shaders after updating P3D? Best wishes.
  14. This is a fairly common procedure - which many of us old-timers do so automatically that we don't realise it could be a stumbling block to some. In your aircraft.cfg, each livery will have an entry - starting with [fltsim.0]. These all need to be sequential, so the next block of values for the next aircraft should start with [fltsim.1] ... and so on. If you already have a fair few liveries added, then your new [fltsim.x] entry should be the last entry plus one. It sounds to me like you may have a mistake in the numbering <?>. If there's a mistake, the sim processes all the entries up to the mistake - so you still get the original ones showing. Adam.
  15. Started over again and it seemed to work this time. Hit a glitch somewhere, very odd. Also this was from a Cold and Dark start via the C&D menu option.
  16. FMGC gives the optimum speed. If you want something different i suggest pulling speed and selecting your desired one.
  17. Hi The check lists stop after a go around and clean up
  18. Hi Aaron, I know this thread is quite old now, but just wanted to ask if you ever resolved this issue, and how? Several weeks ago I began having this issue, and I haven't been able to specify the issue because in between the issue happening and not happening, I did quite a few updates to the software and hardware (new HDD). Since then, I think that I've only been able to do one successful flight. Also, this ONLY happens when I am using my PC for Prepar3d. I have removed the HDD to still end up with a crash, updated all the drivers, did a deep clean of nearly all the hardware, and much more. Hopefully your experience could help me solve this, I am suspecting maybe the PSU to be the culprit? Thanks! One last thing, several years ago in 2016 when I first got my computer (similar to your situation), I began having this issue. I solved it after reading somewhere to restrict the CPU power usage to a max of around 85%. That worked then but I'm unsure if this is related, yet both had the exact same symptoms. - Aku

    Cargo door

In another thread, since locked, it was claimed that being able to operate the cargo door without electrical or hydraulic power was an error. In fact the manual (the real one, not the abridged one supplied with the product) states that the door may be operated hydraulically with a hand pump if normal system hydraulic power is not available. So it is correct that you can open and close the door when the aircraft is cold and dark.
  22. I'm having problems with the hydraulics system not working. The aux pump works to some extent but once I turn that off the normal hydraulic systems will not work even with bypass turned off. Result is I can't retract flaps or gear and can't control the trim.
  23. Thanks for the clarification. My NavData is provided by Navigraph, so I can see why a new airport is not visible in the Fuel Planner.
  24. Does anyone have an idea why the Aerosoft A321 Cockpit is very dark in Cold&Dark Mode, cant see anything.
  25. You sre most welcome Roger. If you'll be good enough to provide a few screen shots, we can have the graphics artist take a look. He is presently finishing a different product so it may take a while for him to take a look at this, but he's the right guy to evaluate this. Best wishes!
  26. Hi Dave, I use tomatoshade but am not entirely sure that it is the issue. I found that the nav lights have similar brightness levels/bloom with and w/o the shaders. I guess what I am after is an effect similar to the previous airbus x extended package fsx/p3d v3 where the nav light is barely visible but still casts light splashes similar to a real world nav light if you had a wing view. The QW 787 is a good representation of this feature. The nav lights stay the same level of brightness throughout the day and have no bloom at all. They still cast light during night on the ground. So I guess I am just trying to make the effect as a whole smaller. Thank you for your quick response Dave! Roger Repasky
  27. Hello Roger, Are you using any third party shaders? This has been the cause of that particular anomaly in the past.
