I've also seen some different variations of the ICAO code (can't remember the different ones I've seen). BUT, is there a float designation to differentiate from the wheeled version on ICAO codes? B77F for the 777F is one I commonly see on VATSIM which is totally wrong though (B77L is correct for both, the pax and the freighter!).Best you check it on the official ICAO page:http://www.icao.int/publications/DOC8643/Pages/default.aspxAs you can see there all Twin Otters are DHC6.
