Budapest 2007 for FSX

Yes FSX, not FS2004. Andras Kozma is close to closing down development of the FSX version of this scenery. As far as we know, the first major airport scenery for FSX. Done totally on FSX standards (it is not an update of the FS9 version, fully new files) it should show for the first time what is possible and impossible in FSX. We learned a lot, most of all that any additional detail will mean you need a lot of hardware for the current FSX. But if you do have it, this one will shine. We'll post more shots later, but for now 3 shots we made of a late beta. Release expected later this month.

We are looking for a few 'fresh' testers, people with killer hardware who already own the FS9 version. If you like to apply, talk to Shaun at Shaunaerosoft@aol.com.

Hey looks great , im really looking foward for this.

But the first Airport was Orlando for the FSX

True, but Orlando doesn't look this good.

Mathjis, count me in on the testing if you'll have me. I'll contact Shaun later today.

Too bad I cannot enter the beta as I did not have the add on for FS9. I had it late so I've rather waited for the new to come for which I'll probably buy some add ons when there will be available.

Anyway that looks really great :) I hope it'll be available soon as well as other :P

Oh well.... I'll have to wait.

Does "current FSX" mean that there is less framrate demanding upgrate to FSX underway? What do you think system req. is to run this scenery smootly?

Best regards, Kjartan.

Yes, I believe we should expect an update for FSX that helps with speed. But I got no real info on that.

As specs for BudapestX we'll probably go for something like this:

Advised specs:

Intel Duo2Core CPU

2 Gb internal memory

256 Mb graphics card
