Sorry, been out of town a week. Catching up on forum posts. SkyWest tags would be cool. The rest I'll leave up to you.

That tail is smokin' sexy.

Can't wait to fly her. :)

Thanks AJ,

I got a little more work done.  This is by far the most complex tail I've done in 15 years.

Still struggling with the color...that blue is so all over the place...I think I have it too dark here.  It's not all that hard to fix, just hard to get right.

Anyway...Like I mentioned there are 12 separate parts to paint on the tail (all on different parts of the map)...and this little one I'm pointing to was tricky to find on the map, and of course not only do I have to add (and align) the stripes to it, it also just nicks the blue vertical line.

If anyone has the official color hex or RGB number of this particular blue that would help a lot.  I'd still need to tweak it, usually for brightness (as the flightsim light renderer messes with that if you just try to slap the color on), but at least the hue would be correct (that is the trickiest part of a color to nail, trust me).

Not sure how much time I'll have to work on it this weekend, but any additional progress I'll post it here.

This is a paint I have to put down every so often and work on another paint...eye strain a real issue with this one!  Oh to have a nice Lufthansa to paint! LoL

I've been working on expanding and updating the Delta Connection carriers -

For Endeavor I did N293PQ.

And N162PQ for Skywest is pretty close, too.

Just curious, will these liveries be released soon? or are they still WIP?

If anyone wants to try this Binter livery... its quite hard i guess, its EC-MOX. Binter haven't got the white CRJ anymore, they are flying CRJ-1000 instead of CRJ-900 now.

A good photo of the livery: https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/8673156

Any news on the SAS CRJ900 operated by CityJet yet?

Those are the SAS CRJ9s with EI- registration instead of OY- registrations :)

All operated by CityJet in Ireland, all the OY- ones are operated by Cimber.

SkyWest on approach...

The rear fuselage section did not come out well due to the model wrapping on the top and trying to fix it as well as the undercarriage wing intersection. hope its still satisfactory at the end.

As always, 99% accurate :-)

cheers

have a good flight

The Challenger 870 which is a privatized version of the CRJ-700, would be an excellent addition to our corporate fleet!

Would be very grateful if someone painted the CRJ-700 just like this!
