Hi,

Does anybody have this problem with SG south of EDDK?

I have all SG packages and GA installed in the correct order.

I also have UTE installed with the patches for SG provided by UT.

Not sure if I have made an error along the way.

Anyone know of a solution?

Thanks in advance

Hello LNER1,

Not sure if this might help,

But when installing some German scenerys you will find a new folder here

*:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesFlight Simulator 9Addon Scenerygerman-rivers-complete

These install rivers etc into the scenery and may be causing a conflict with UT.

Hi Shaun,

Thanks for the tip.

Tried disabling the rivers entry but it didn't fix it. Actually never noticed any difference with it on or off.

The "error" appears to be on the boundary of SG 1 and SG 3.

It is not much of a show stopper unless this was a sailing sim.

May be a UTE problem but still open to suggestion.

Thanks again and hope everybody has a good and safe new year.

Cheers,

Leslie.

Hi Leslie,

Scenery Germany 3 was released long time before UT Europe came out. The river at this location has been connected to the default scenery of FS2004, which was apparently at a completely different location than the river in UT Europe. Unfortunately this problem can't be solved anymore now:

If we fix it fitting to UT Europe then all the users with default scenery around it only will have your problem. Unfortunately our time schedules at the moment don't allow us to make 2 version because we are very focused on new products for FSX. I hope you will understand that.

Bests,

Sascha

Hi Sascha,

Thanks for the explanation.

Maybe there will be a solution from UTE but I won't hold my breath. They did a combined SG2 & 3 patch but there doesn't appear to be a patch to "link" SG1 & 3, only a SG1 patch.

As I said it is not a major problem. I can live with it. Maybe someone will make a small file to link them.

Thanks again,

Leslie.
