KTaylor 0
I have an issue with my 200 very similar to the closed topic. The PFD and MFD are black, I get no information at all. http://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/67199-jrollon-crj-200-problem/ The best help came from Heinz Flichtbeil's 6th comment in the referenced topic. The big thing that keeps happening is that the serial.dat file fails to appear which as mentioned is an indication that the activation is not done correctly. If I understand the above topic I am to start the 32bit version of X-plane then I am to activate the 200 model. I am using the latest model of 1.5.3 and I am authenticating the model in the 32bit version of X-plane first. Is there a step or something not selected in X-plane that I am missing? I have verified that the displays are turned on in X-plane. The only other thing I can think of is my OS. I am using a Mac that is running OS X 10.9.5 could this be an issue? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Philipp Münzel CFI 13
With OSX 10.9.5, you should simply use the 64bit version and don't worry about it. If that doesn't work, post the Log.txt

Guest
Hello, as i know, with the version 1.53 and X-Plane 10.42 or higher, the activation shall work in 64bit. The 1.53 only works in 64bit. With Win 10 the grafic card driver must be up to date. newest driver from the vendor. And with Win 10 the C++ Libraries 64 bit have to be installed: http://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=13523 and https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=40784 Please install them also if you have installed them. Sometimes the C++ Libs are defective and then the new installation will repair them. If that don't work, then please post the Log.txt as PilippM (one of the developer) posted.
