kurodo 6
Please Robert can you indicate what types of failure events the sim handles ? Contrary to general events, I have no way to find alone ... Thanks in advance for your precious help )

RobsonM 94
0 - none 1 - no fuel 2 - left engine out 3 - right engine out 4 - both engines out And syntax is: CALLSIGN;FAIL_CODE

kurodo 6
How is the sim handling these fail_code events when planes have 1, 3 or 4 engines ?
RobsonM 94
It does not recognize engine count. So a 1, 3 or 4 engine aircraft will behave as it is twin engine.
kurodo 6
Ok, so last question, I promise ;o) 4 is ENGINE OUT despite the "real" engine count for a plane. Which flight characteristics are modified with only one of both engines OUT (failcode 2 or 3) ? speed ? fuel consumption ? heading ? anything else ? RobsonM 94
Aircraft turning characteristics will be changed. For instance with left engine out it will turn slower to the right than to the left. Also fuel consumption is lower.
