Posting of aircraft photographs

Gents we like to make a few things more clear about posting of photographs to prevent us getting into problems legally.

Basically it is simple, if you did not take the image or if it is not very obvious that the photographer did put the photo in public domain you are not allowed to add it to your post.

If there is any doubt do not add the photograph to your post but 'include' it using the Image option.

That way the image is not part of your post but called from the original source. Even than we insist that you write where the image came from (a link to the source page). But keep in mind that for example airliners.net does not allow any use of the images they host without permission from the photographer so be very very careful with this.
