cchiozza 2 Posted April 13, 2015 Share Posted April 13, 2015 I need my key reset for PFPX. Simflight whom I bought it from says they cannot help. Very very bad customer service for a $50 product. I had hardware issues and had to reinstall windows a number of times. I should not have to go through this. I purchased the software!!! As I told Aerosoft, it is becoming easier to get a hacked copy of software rather than buy it. That is not good. Aerosoft says only the developer can reset keys. They have not responded in 5 days. They says it is to keep fraud of the product. In my opinion the developer fraudulently selling software they cannot support.
