OFP including Wind/Velocity, TOC OAT, and baggage weight

Hi All,

I have uploaded an improved default template that contains a few extra things:

-Average wind direction / velocity (for Boeing CDU Perf Init page)
-TOC OAT (for Boeing CDU Perf Init page).
-Average OAT.

-Baggage weight (for Majestic Q400 load manager)
