ceemosp2003 0 Posted October 18, 2006 Share Posted October 18, 2006 I wanted to come back to this topic as I just realized that SCANAFCAD is NOT reliable in detecting double afcads !!! I wanted to check the afcad file for EDDF (MegaAirport installed) so I started afcad.exe and was STUNNED to find that BOTH the default afcad for eddf AND the new one from aerosoft were installed. The default one contained some errors (parking position not connected to the rest of the airport). As far as I understand the AI-traffic in fs9, an error like this ALONE can cause a CTD (when AI tries to use that part of the AP) - not to mention the sole existance of both. My question: Should the default afcad for eddf not be automatically be deleted when Mega Airport Frankfurt installs it's own ? Carsten Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
