klmtls 0
Hi all, I've bought a scenery for (LFBO Toulouse) from X-plane.org site. I run Xplane 10 on Linux. I cannot install the scenery as the package only contains a .bin file. I have seen a similar post to my problem: http://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/51045-installing-aerosoft-airport-pack-on-linux/ I cannot register the scenery when accessing the link as x-plane.org did not provide me with a serial number (they told me there is none for this product by the way)... Could you please help me and give me the procedure to install this airport? many thanks

klmtls 0
Hello Heinz, Thanks for your reply, I managed to install the airport eventually. I had to do a trick proposed by uglyDwarf at the following link: http://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?s=7e94a9f6bc0f8a222d86a5b3596c6729&showtopic=63355&page=2 and create 3 dummy files: X-Plane.exeX-Plane-i686X-Plane.app (this is a directory) for the installer to accept the installation path of x-plane. Thanks again for your consideration and happy new year !! Best regards
Guest
Ah yes, we have described it here too. But only in german: http://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/76422-probleme-mit-aelteren-addon-installern-unter-linux/ But the Toulouse installer shall updated since a long time to work correct. I will send an info to our productmanager. Greets Heinz
