STALKER 4 Posted December 23, 2014 Share Posted December 23, 2014 Hi, I have bought the boxed Dublin and Anchorage and today they arrive home, but when i was going to install them I had a problem with the serial of Anchorage, so I wrote to Aerosoft Support but still not response... how long they usually take to respond? Please be aware that with tomorrow the start of the Christmas celebration in Germany and of course Christmas day, it may not be 'till Friday that they're able to respond. We try to do a first response within the first 24 hours. sometimes we are faster, but sometimes slower.... The tickets must sorted out, and have to be forwarded to the right support officer.....
