funkyj4ever 39
HI i remembered that you showed a video of the new engine start and that is all realistic etc. But this isn't in the [product? found the video. I also google it and people say that the iae version takes 60second to start 1 engine and the cfm around 30 seconds. Can this be modeled beter? Patrick1246 352
you can't compare IAE with CFM, IAE has dry crank for 30 seconds. so its normal

Patrick1246 352
as I said, its realistic at the moment thats the reason why we have so many documents, pilots and aircraft engineer in our team, btw, I recommend to read this topic http://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/85533-i-think-theres-a-bug-but-the-developers-dont-believe-so/
Chris10 0
Hi ! I also find that it is to fast for the CFM. The N1 should also not rise until N2 reaches around 19 %. Please see real world video attached. Thanks Chris
Emi 5161
We have had this discussion with our rw pilots and the times to start the engines can vary a lot. You may have found one which starts quite slowly, while our comparison aircraft might start a bit faster than usual, but ours matches the aircraft we used to do our research on. So it is absolutly realistic.
