I don't understand why you don't give detailed info's to staff can help you in that case be "frustrated" isn't good, staff can't help you. SHAME ! Instead of ranting and complaining it would be more helpfull to give some details about the error (detailed error message) and some details about your PC and FSX setup. SHAME ! And where did you pay € 50 for this? It's a €33 product (€39 with VAT). Next time when you got some issues I strongly suggest you write only one post , use the right forum section and check the forums a bit.
