Robert.Walton 0
Hi, Just wanted some help after downloading a couple of Aircraft Profiles and placing them into Documents\PFPX Data\AircraftTypes folder and loading PFPX when I go to Add new aircraft the new type doesn't appear? FlyPrecisely 124
Just reboot PFPX once again to let them save in the software. The same goes for a specific airframe when all the changes are done.
Robert.Walton 0
Thanks for replying but after rebooting PFPX it still doesn't load the new profiles
FlyPrecisely 124
Very interesting. Can't guess why. The folder in the screenshot is correct…
Robert.Walton 0
Quite frustrating really. It also doesn't read any new OFP templates either....
fscfirdaus 3
Quite frustrating really. It also doesn't read any new OFP templates either.... I actually copied my PFPX data in a separate folder. I installed the complete version of PFPX 1.16 instead of the update. Although mine seems weird but it works. Had a few hiccups though. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Either we or the flightsimsoft have to figure this out. I'm trying to figure this out while waiting for updates if they're available. My PFPX works 1.15 best. Robert.Walton 0
How do you set it to read from a different folder?
fscfirdaus 3
How do you set it to read from a different folder? It's from the same directory. Only that I kept a separate copy in another folder and I will replace and overwrite the updated folder with the old folders with all of my edited stuff in it. Robert.Walton 0
Got this working now, just reinstalled PFPX and it placed the PFPX data folder somewhere completely different, bit strange. Thanks for the help guys.
