signmanbob 18
Hello, I use the Jetmax 737 throttle which has a long movement, yet it doesn't seem to be bringing the thrust levers back to idle. I have to raise the reversers a little to get the levers on the A319 back down to idle. I use FSUIPC for all of my axis controls on every aircraft that I have. I have FSUIPC set according to the manual and the thrust levers work, they just don't come all the way back. Is there anything that I can do to make them work correctly? Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted September 29, 2014 Aerosoft Share Posted September 29, 2014 I suggest you calibrate the throttles as the length of the movement is of no influence. The output is the only thing that is seen and that is always the same for any stick.
signmanbob 18
Thank you for responding. I checked my throttle calibration in the control panel, and it is showing that it is set perfectly. Also the throttles are working correctly with the many other aircraft that I have. This problem seems to be specific with the Airbus X.
Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted September 30, 2014 Aerosoft Share Posted September 30, 2014 We got no serious idea what is causing this. As none of the other users have this it almost certainly has to be a setting on your system (most likely in FSUIPC).
signmanbob 18
Thank you Mathijs. I'll get it figured out, or just live with it. My thrust levers will go into reverse ok. It's just that I have to use F2 and F3 to control the speed while taxing, until I can figure out what's going on. Bob
