Installation problem

I have just bought a copy of GATC in boxed form (from retailer, but not the online shop), but I am stuck in the installation of the software. There is a screen that asks me to enter customer email and serial no, I have tried the Registration Key printed on the box (i.e. in the format of GATC-XXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX), but it keeps telling me that it is not correct.

Assistance is appreciated. Thanks.

All those serials are created by the same tool as checked them and the print order is only given if the serial works. So we are actually very sure the key is correct. Try again and if that fails drop us an email at support@aerosoft.com with a screenshot of the installer with the code inserted. We can then check if it is correct.
