Simulator: FSX Gold, FSX Acceleration, FSX SP2, Prepar3D v2 (Prepar3D v1 might work but is not supported Operating system: Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.1 (all fully updated and 64 bits strongly suggested) Runtimes: C++2005, C++2008 (all installed by the installer and most likely already on your system). Duo Core CPU (Quad core highly recommended 4 Gb memory (8 Gb highly recommended) Direct X 9 graphics card with 1 Gb memory (2 Gb recommended) Control hardware with throttle channel Mouse with mouse wheel Please keep in mind that while many laptops often have specs that are like this they cannot run under high load for more than a few minutes before throttling back to avoid heat problems. Only laptops designed for gaming do not have these problems! Visual Studio C++ 2008 Express Edition under Win7 64Bit with .NET Framework Version 3.5 SP1 installed, the DLL is compiled as WIN32 for target frame work .NET Framework 3.5 Q: Is FSUIPC needed?
