How can I change them?

E.g.

Translated:

approach transition, kind of appraoch, runway, start of transition

kind of fix, name, decimal coordinates (N,E), and then??? many zeros

in the next row the last is 1 but why???

last row coordinates, then 0 (for what?), ILS identifier/name, rwy hdg, distance?, opposite rwy hdg, distance?, 1?, altitude to intercept, and many zeros

Because in that case here of EDDK, after the fix X131 there is a fix RARIX3 on the extended rwy centerline. But this is not shown in the txt file and unfortunately it makes aircrafts on transition turning away:

In general it would be great to know how to change these txt-files!

I am sorry but we are not allowed to assist with changing these files. The reason is rather simple, they are real (as in 'used for real aviation') and the copyright holders are very afraid a change might slip into a dataset somewhere.

By whom and when are the aiport files updated? I live near the Euroairport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg (LFSB) and SIDs and STARs have changed this summer. Furthermore in the present version of GATC there are no arrivals from the East or South, the STARs from East and South are missing!
