Up date my account please Aerosoft for NavDataPro

My account seems to be locked. I had to do a fresh reinstall of FSX and when I reloaded NavDataPro and tried to update it, I get a message to check my account. My account though seems to be ok. Please unlock it so I may reload and update my navdata. Thanks,
