shanwick 3 Posted March 8, 2014 Share Posted March 8, 2014 I have bought just a one-off copy of NavData Pro - Cycle 1402. I have updated some of my systems but not all of them. I have just tried to download the update for FS Navigator only to get the message that I am not entitled to update from Cycle 1403. I don't want to update from Cycle 1403 - I need to update from Cycle 1402. Could someone please tell me how I can do this? Many thanks. Your shop does not state that access to the data is for no more than one month and this was not mentioned at the point of purchase either. Cycle 1402 must still be on your servers so can I not be given access. To the data? I am not at all happy that I have made a purchase which, one week later, I cannot use. Please reply. Thank you.
