Planning NATS Routes Prior to Route timings?

Recommended Posts

How do you plan a route before the NATS becomes available in PFPX?

Westbound (1300-1900z) Its now 1215Z here and I can't plan a westbound route for last on today!

How is this achieved in the real world?

Thanks

Clive

Same..... I am not sure what you're asking.

When the next days tracks are published, you can start building your routes. Westbound tracks go active at 1300Z and are published around 0100 to 0300Z. That is around 10 hours in advance. Did you have an issue with today's tracks? I just replied to your last message from about 30 minutes ago (which is well before 0100Z).

Gary the Westbound tracks for 1st Feb have not been available in PFPX at all.

This now makes sense. I just replied to the last message from around 30 minutes ago and thought it was in regards to tomorrows tracks as I looked through the other posts.

Yes.

Desired: Westbound Tracks for 02FEB

These will be published between 0100 and 0300Z (don't recall the exact time off the top of my head) on 02FEB. They then go active at 1300Z. Thus giving you at least 10 hours advance notice to route plan.
