The lower ECAM display font is not the same as the upper one (appears to be Verdana). I saw a topic from quite some time ago that was resolved by rebooting windows. Unfortunately that's not the case for me. I made sure I have the glassga font, as well as AirbusDisp Regular, AirbusDisp2 Regular, AirbusFCU Normal, AirbusMCDUa Normal, and AirbusMCDUb Regular.
