janar737 0
Hallo All, Can anybody tell me if there is a reason that the iFly 737 NG nav database contains KASE SIDs but no appraoches? I understand that the airport of Aspen in RL has a limitation on wingspan of 95 ft/29 m, so a B737 NG, having a wingspan of 112 ft/34.3 m is not allowed to go there. But then also the SIDs could be left out. As the title of my message suggest, I prefer you are not removing the SIDs but add the approaches/approach transitions, because it is challenging and fun to fly for example the RNAV (GPS)-F approach with the iFly 737 NG, which I could again after retrieving the data from an old Navigraph cycle. Jan-Paul Schuchna 24
Thats simple: There is no straight in approach available. All of them are circling approaches. Circling approaches cannot be handled by FMS. But the waypoints which are used to build that approaches are there. You can key them in manually, if needed for reference.
