EDDM 69
Hi there, I'm about to go for a new system, and I think of chosing the AMD FX-6350 (3,9 GhZ) processor, however I heard that Intel ist outperforming AMD processors concerning MS Flightsim. Should I racer take the slower Intel i7 4960X ? I do not like overclocking, so I'm looking for the fastest "not overclocked", Processor... Can you help me? Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted November 18, 2013 Aerosoft Share Posted November 18, 2013 I would most certainly take the Intel one. And try to find some money for an SSD it really makes one heck of a difference.
Ruhrpilot07 15
I've begun my "Computer career" with Commodore, which existed no longer than 1994. Then, I switched to amd cpu with amd video card. And then I switched to intel cpu with amd video card, and this is what I use until today. You might have noticed one or two of my aircraft, e.g. pmdg 737ng fs9 and pmdg B744X. You don't have necessarily to pay 950,- Euros, only for one processor. Here you can read what I'd do with 1000,- (in German): http://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/74842-i-need-hardware/#entry540970 I can translate one or two words. A return trip FRA - SFO on board LH-B744 is also available for 1000,-. I'd not prefer to buy a little piece of plastic for 1000...
