If you write to our support using Facebook

If you write to our support using Facebook make sure that you check the "Other" section of your incoming messages.

We have recently seen a few customers who have replied a few times now telling us that "If [we] keep not answering they will do [...]", even though we did answer many times already.

Before you keep telling us that we have to answer you immediately or that you have not recieved in a certain timeframe please make sure that you check your e-mails (also those in your spam folder!) and your "Other" messages in Facebook.

Keep in mind that you do not get a notification by facebook when you get a message in your "Other" folder.
