It is immensely intolerable that EVERYTIME I land in the airport and exit the runway, FSX will crash immediately, showing "Fatal Error" box by windows 8.1. When I trace the problem, I find the source of crash is FMGS.dll. The details will be as following.

1. My version of Airbus X Extended is v1.16 by AIRAC navigraph 1311

2. I have surely installed the Net.Framework and Visual C++ properly

3. The problem usually occurs when I exit the runway after landing

4. I run FSX in admin mode

5. The problem only occurs when I am using Airbus X Extended

6. It should not be the OS problem as I used to use windows 7 and 8, the problem still occured.

Have you used the uiautomationcore.dll file in the root fsx fplder?

Installing in %progamfiles% is NOT recommened in Windows 8/8.1

sorry to say that it is aboulutely totally immensely INTOLERBLE with this FXXKING issue!!!! I flew 5 hours from UHPP to PANC, while exiting rwy, the FUXXING FMGS.dll crashed the FSX and caused the fatal error.

Please mind your wording! As nobody else reported this isue under Win 8.1 there might be something wrong/missing with your Win8 installation.

Remember: the AXE runs under Win 8.1, but it has to be compatible with FSX and FSX was not developed to run under Win8!

Please make a screenshot of what MS Visual C++ libraries are installed on your system

Where can I find the libraries of visual C++ in the harddisk? I have surely installed them

Go to Start/Control Panel/Programs... and make a screenshot to show what c++ libraries are installed.

The problem occurs randomly, somtimes it didnt occur if I was lucky then. However, it occured everytime when I landed every airports including RJCC, UHPP and PANC recently

As you two are the only ones reporting it so far, could you please try landing at these airports where the crashes happen with another aircraft on the same route you flew with the Airbus where you have gotten the crash? Does the crash happen with other aircraft too?

I have tried it. No problem while using other addon aircrafts.

Then next, what airports do you have the crash or all airports have crash?

it crashed ramdomly at all airports.

Last week I landed and CTD at RJCC for 2 times, but the third time having all the same settings didnt CTD.

I have the same problem , just now after Landing in Zurich (uIVAO flight) my sim crash....my Windows version is 7 64 bit...with v1.15 any problems!!!!!

uh...so weird having ctd particularly after landing and exiting runway...Does FMGS.dll fail to access some files then causes the crash maybe? Hope there will be some developers help to deal with it

Just to make sure: You have the latest version 1.16 and Hotfix 19 installed, right? If not please install these.

If it is in the default location (Programm Files or Programm Files (x86) folder) you need to disable Windows User Account Control.

It can even be a corrupt flight plan.

Maybe you can upload your plan so that either myself or others can try to recreate your issue.

if it's one particular flight,delete the flightplan and create it again from a different source,and see if this helps.

flightplan from essa to lszh by vroute : ESSA NOSLI N850 BAGOS UN850 BOMBI T721 RILAX LSZH.....the flight plan is approved bt Euro Fpl. ....again with the previous version

i've never had problem in any airport!
