As far as I know, it's a known problem, however currently there's not much you as user can do. Oliver promised much more complex set up possibilities including determining where to put the refuelling truck, water truck, left hand cargo loader etc. but obviously hasn't gotten around to finalising it. Let's just assume he's working on it and it will be in one of the future updates (well that or longer hoses for refuelling ).
