james200410 2
Hello All, Just wondering if there is any way we can add the Transition Altitude and Transition Levels in the OFP ? I understand some locations changed due to the Local QNH but is there anyway it can be calculated and included into the OFP details please ? Thanks in advance. Dave Lamb 9
They are not usually found on an OFP. These are in the charts you would use for the departure and arrival airport. The transition altitude makes no significant difference to flight planning, only the QNH at takeoff, landing (for takeoff and landing performance). I can't envision something in PFPX that we don't use in RW. The question comes to mind, what you are looking to achieve by including it in the OFP? SamyJay 1
A airlines has no influence into a TA/TL at any point and as pointed out above there is absolutely no need to have it in the OFP.Mit freundlichem Gruss / Best RegardsSamySent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
