FlightSimSoft.com 283
Your error seems to be related to VISTA Data Execution Prevention (DEP) This should help: 1. Open your Start menu and click Control Panel 2. Browse to "System Maintenance" then "System" 3. In the left panel, select "Advanced System Settings" from the available links 4. You should now see the System Properties Window, which will have three sections. The top section is labeled "Performance" and has a "Settings" button. Click this button. 5. Select the "Data Execution Prevention" tab. 6. Select the option which reads "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select" 7. Use the "Browse" button to locate the executable file for the application you were trying to start when you received the StackHash error, and click Open to add it to your exceptions list. 8. Click Apply or OK to commit your changes.
gsumner 6
Thanks I'll try that later on although I thought I had dep switched off and my system is 32bit windows 7 if that makes any difference.GrahamSent from my Enjoy 71 using Tapatalk
gsumner 6
I'm sorry to say this hasn't made any difference at all. I've even tried turning off DEP altogether but to no avail.Could it be a bad 32bit installer. Anyone else on win7 32 bit having any problems. Maybe you could send me a link to an earlier version. Ill install that and upgrade perhaps. Just a thought GrahamREX - 801839[http://files.100megabyte.com/ifly/media/signatures/Cockpit%20Buliders.jpg]

FlightSimSoft.com 283
Graham, have you tried Hotifx 1.06.2. This fixes OpenGL issues with some graphic cards and could be related to your problem. If this doesn'T work, send an email to support@flightsimsoft.com and we'll find a fix. Please can you help Graham App crash error may appear followed by application crash in Windows 7. Whichever the faulty application is; the error repair steps remain the same. - Scan for Virus and Restore Original Versions of Infected System Files - Exclude Concerning Application from DEP and Firewall Protection - Repair App Configurations - Uninstall Recent Updates Details of these steps available here:- http://www.reginout.com/how-to-fix-windows-7-app-crash.html
FlightSimSoft.com 283
Have you tried v1.07 already? There have been a few fixes related to OPenGL and ATI graphic cards.
gsumner 6
I've tried the latest hot fix 1.07 but still crashes. My graphics card is an ATI Radeon 9800 pro ( yes it's old I know ). This seems the culprit perhaps. Ill just have to be patient I guess until a permanent fix is found until then my laptop win 7 64 bit seems to run it fine but not ideal.Ill keep watching the forums and updates and report to you which update fixes the issue.GrahamREX - 801839[http://files.100megabyte.com/ifly/media/signatures/Cockpit%20Buliders.jpg]
