Schedule Flight Plans and Weather ?

I must admit I don't really understand the term 'Schedule' with regard to a flight plan. If I create a 'Non-scheduled' flight plan, say for a single flight and then press Release, it ends up in the 'Schedule Tab' - why. If I go back to this flight plan, say the next day, does it automatically update to the latest weather without me doing anything, or do I have to re-plan before using it.

I can't find any info in the manual ?

If you want to use this flight another time of the same day or another day you have to edit the flight, change date and time, then save, plan flight, compute flight and finally, release flight.

PFPX calculates a flight with the weather in use at the time of calculation. So of you plan a flight departing in 36 hours, wind forecasts are used.

Once the departure time is approaching you can do a re-calculation, if desired:

• Selecte the flight
• Click 'Plan'
• Click 'Compute'
• If calculation is satisfactory, click 'Release'
