paulxyouxdunce 10
Is it possible to add user defined waypoints and airports to the Nav Database for PFPX. According to the bottom of page 38 in the manual, "PFPX allows you to add user-defined waypoints, airports and airways to the navigation database, and to delete existing user-defined waypoints, airports and airways". Is there a tutorial on how to do this? I would like to do a flight down to NZIR and NZPG in Antarctica but its impossible to plan a flight without the airports being in the database. Any help would be appreciated! - Thanks for the help
FlightSimSoft.com 283
Go to the Waypoint & Airway Editor. There you can define user airports/navaids/waypoints and airways.

Jon Kinket 6
Thanks for the info. This way we can also add KXTA (Area 51) and VHHX (Hong Kong Kai Tak). Jon
johnor999 2
Would be great if one could add DCT routes between airports and waypoints so that one could define what waypoints an airport that has no SID or STAR should use for departure and arrival. FlightSimSoft.com 283
A new feature will be added to define departure and arrival navaids/fixes for an airport to be used for the Route Finder
johnor999 2
Christian, that is good news! This could also prove useful for airports that don't have a SID or STAR in a good direction relative to the airport. (which is something real airlines do IRL sometimes) Best regards Johan
