Support overload. We are currently seeing 65% more demand for support then we normally see. We can only assume this is because more people are at home due to the corona crises. Our complete support staff is online and they are working flat out, but it will take some days before we can scale up resources. Please be patient.

NATS problem?

Recommended Posts

I'm not sure, but it seems that there are some errors. (WIX 7 installed in "C", PFPX v.1.04 installed on "E" and Navigraph AIRAC 1309). Thanks for the help.

Hello,

As reported on Mantis, I have troubles with AUSOTS.
It seems some are missing. But may be it is due to Time from which they are used

NAT's and PACOT's seems orking well.

Attached, Text file and map screens for both directions.

Greetings

Pierre

Hello,

I also have this problem, I replaced the Navdata file as discriped above and I still can't see the active NAT tracks.

Also, PFPX does not use the tracks to plan a flight, when I try to plan a flight from KSFO to VHHH, PFPX creates a flightplan but totally ignores the active PACOTS tracks. Am I doing something wrong here?
