Sewyn 0
Hello, I bought this morning the game City Bus Simulator 2012 Munich. The installation went smoothly until he puts "Installation of runtimes," I left for 2h30 and he stayed on message ... So I tried to start the game, and an error message appears: "Activation check failed." My computer is running Windows 7 Service Pack 1. Help! (sorry if there are spelling or another, I'm French and I used Google translate to write my message ...)

Emi 5161
In this case please reinstall the product using this procedure: 1) remove the product using the Windows Software control panel (do not manually delete the program files) 2) do a disk check (right click on the drive, select properties, select tools, select check now) 3) reboot your computer 4) log in with administrative rights 5) disable the anti-virus software temporary 6) install the product 7) enable the anti-virus software 8) defragment your disk (NOT if you are using a SSD)

Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted September 10, 2013 Aerosoft Share Posted September 10, 2013 I already tried to uninstall, but once the uninstall is done, it is still there... That is really strange and it indicates some serious issues. Are you able to install on top of the current version?
