alpha117 51
Ok, now using V1.04 Still not on NATS, understand its only 2% greater than than the circle route, great stuff But why not using the NATS . Also how do you get it to route via the NATS, just for the hell of it? Sorry to be a pain over this, but I've not lost all understanding of what I thought the NATS were used for Clive
tcasclimb 0
You can force use a track by taking the waypoints and putting them into the route editor, and entering AUTO at the begging and end of the track waypoints, so for example AUTO SEPAL 4715N 4720N 4630N 4440N 4250N 4160N JOBOC AUTO then click build. jbetlach 0
Westbound NATs are mainly used to route traffic to NE and Mid-atlantic US destinations. Flights to Miami (or other SE USA, Carribean destinations) use either the southernmost westbound NATs (i.e. NATH H) or Random (direct) Tracks. The same applies for US western destinations / origins - almost never use NATs. Look at some RW flightplans at flightaware.com
