Firewalls, UAC, antivirus software is off. Even rebooted to see if that helped. Still getting cannot connect to server. Are they still having issues with it. CJ Reed 4 Posted August 31, 2013 Share Posted August 31, 2013 Sorry guys, I don't know if the problem is server or software, but having installed the base PFPX & the 103 update; I'm getting a "cannot connect to server..." dialog when attempting Product Activation. Kind Rgds, Chris. P.S. I purchased via the Aerosoft site store. P.P.S. I'm assuming "serial number" in the email is same as "Activation Key" in software.
