Understanding power settings

Hi I'm loving the Twin Otter and the interactive checklist is superb. But I'm a little confused with the power settings thats in the manual for cruise power (I'm fairly new to flight simulator so this might be a silly question). e.g in the manual it say cruise power setting 75% Np - 1650 RPM. What is 75% Np - 1650 RPM and how do you know if you have the right prop and power settings when flying?

Thanks Chris

that would be the gauge labeled "percent prop rpm" logically enough. 1650 is bottom of green arc Torque Press is your other power setting. You can cross check fuel flow with the figures in the manual but it won't necessarily match but should be close.
