Thanks a lot for your work!

But I can't believe the original beacon looks better than that one from A2A. Have you tried several beacon effects out of the A2A package? Could you send me the position oft the beacon light? So I could try myself.

Thanks and see you soon

Denis

I did a workaround and now the A2A beacon is included. I also included a second beacon inside the hull so the beacon lights are visible inside the cockpit giving a very nice touch. But it's unrealistic. So if you don't want the beacon light shine inside the cockpit leave the last line:

[LIGHTS]
light.0 = 10, 8.1, 0.60, -0.60, fx_twotter_vclight ,
light.1 = 7, 9.5, 0.0, -0.90, fx_twotter_vclightred ,
light.2 = 3, -00.2, -32.70, 00.96, fx_shockwave_navred,
light.3 = 3, -00.2, 32.78, 00.93, fx_shockwave_navgre,
light.4 = 2, -00.0, -32.6, 00.80, fx_shockwave_strobe_2,
light.5 = 2, -00.0, 32.6, 00.80, fx_shockwave_strobe_3,
light.6 = 5, 02.5, -11.6, -00.10, fx_shockwave_landing_light_narrow_no_flare //shockwave light
light.7 = 5, 02.5, 11.6, -00.10, fx_shockwave_landing_light_narrow_no_flare //shockwave light
light.8 = 6, 13.3, -00.7, -07.19, fx_shockwave_landing_light_narrow_down_22 //shockwave light
light.9 = 1, -28.3, 0, 9.6, fx_shockwave_beacon
light.10 = 1, 0, 0, -2, fx_shockwave_beacon

Two Wolves

Thanks Two Wolves, for working on T.O.E. Shockwave lighting. I just wanted to know the above parameters are for all the models. I mean you have worked for wheel, tundra & floater - 300. Can we use for Amphibian - 300 & all the 100 models.

Hi. My friend the lights with 8 lines are for the 300 and 100 wheels. Now for the floats 300 and 100 just delete line 8 which is your taxie light you don't have a taxie lights on your floats 100 and 300. I'm glade you like the shockwave lights enjoy.

Am I missing something, this is all I have for lights. does that mean they are now part of the model?

[LIGHTS]
light.0 = 10, 8.1, 0.60, -0.60, fx_twotter_vclight ,
light.1 = 7, 9.5, 0.0, -0.90, fx_twotter_vclightred ,

These two are part of the model - the other 6 lights can only be installed by yourself when you have boght ShockwaveLights from A2A (payware)

I have shockwave lights. As you can see, there is no light section for any other lights except the ones I posted above. I am no programmer, but it sure appears that the lights are part of the model.

I was using shockwave previous to version 1.10 with above config. from Two Wolves. So my question is , where so I put the reference to Shockwave? Please be specific.

I put this one in bigsky but the landing lights , I'm not sure if they work is the landing lights cause they are not near as bright as the Duke that they redone and the defaults aircrafts with the shockwave lights but the wing beacon and the rest are unreal .Is this normal , cause I'm not sure - I stuck a file in the Skymaster also and it's the same.

Louis8m, I know twowolfs lights work good. I took them and just chnged a few things that I liked. Works good for me, the best part is you can tweak them for yourself. I did changes some of the C337 values in the landing lights to make them more realisting. I think it is the resolution on your screen. I took the values from the A2A site and worked them around to fit me screen resolution. Sorry didn't work for you
