Airlifter 60
Hi, Just a small glitch I suppose; when wanting to start the fuel planner, I get the error "The Aerosoft Twin Otter X Extended settings folder does not exist". I can click "Ok" and then nothing... No planner...

Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted July 9, 2013 Aerosoft Share Posted July 9, 2013 Okay I can not recreate that here. Can you check if you got a C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Aerosoft\AerosoftTwinOtterExtended folder?
Deputy Sheriffs mopperle 4161 Posted July 9, 2013 Deputy Sheriffs Share Posted July 9, 2013 Seems to be a problem with access rights. Check whether the following folder exists under "My Documents: "..\Aerosoft\AerosoftTwinOtterExtended". Mathijs was faster
Airlifter 60
Ah! Got it! My Documents folder is on a NAS. After the reboot required by the installer, it takes a while for Windows to reconnect to my NAS, hence the fuelplanner program couldn't find the folder. Just manually reconnected the NAS drive and now it works. Thanks for the impressive fast response!
Aerosoft Aerosoft Team [Inactive Account] 51558 Posted July 9, 2013 Aerosoft Share Posted July 9, 2013 Thanks for letting us know. The reboot is needed for the fonts we install.
