Martin, the reason therefore is quite simple.
NavdataPro and Navigraph are both based on real world data. And visual procedures are usually not being coded. As it is in the Navigraph database, this simply means that an airline using Navteq (source for Navigraph) requested this and so it might be found in the database.

As your obviously working with 2 databases, you should keep the following in mind:

Use the same database for planning and flying!
