Hi,

I bought the NAVDAT Pro with extend updated for 1 year and now when I was trying to update my AIRAC it didn´t allow me.

What is going on, is this only working for publicity and when the client pays it´s over or what???

Do you get any error message (screenshot), or what exactly do you mean by "didn't allow me"?

As you did not state your error message we can only guess where your problems are...

In case it did not accept your serial number you would have to contact support@aerosoft.com. Activation issues are usually dealt with via e-mail support only so that you don't need to make your user data public.


If this is not your problem please follow Ottos instructions.
