And does the AXE do the same?

Dunno. But we narrowed the gap to a maximum of one sec off the RW thing - at normal (negative) rotation rate ...

And does the AXE do the same?

IRL it's rather unpredictable, depends on the landing technique, CG, touchdown attitude etc...I've experienced everything from applying full back stick to full forward stick.

You have to be prepared how the plane responds, same goes for AAX.

AAX definitely doesn't start to trim forward with mainwheel touchdown.
