WinchXproblem. Very sorry but other thread locked

I'm sorry If I'm posting in the wrong place but the other thread is locked and this seems to be the most likely place to post. Last night WinchX suddenly stopped working and no matter what I try I get the same error. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've tried uninstall ( deleting all the files) then shutting down my computer and then a reinstall to the same end. This is the crash log from windows. Thanks for any help and I reaaly appreciate it.

Hi,

possibly you have a corrupt settings configuration of WinchX!.

Click on the Windows button and type in the search field:

%appdata%\..\Local

An explorer window opens and shows a list of files and directories. Double click the directory "Peter_Lürkens". The window shows now one or more entries similar to this:

WinchX.exe_Url_w10fk5fzn22tcoa3lst2bdlhrkthsvue

Please zip them and send them to me. Then delete them all. You will loose your recent WinchX!-Settings by this, but these are presumably corrupt anyway.

Then try again.
