thomavion 0
Hello, I'm flying the Robin DR400 for real, and I noticed something on the DR400X that would add much more realism to the external model of the DR400 : the tinted windows! I noticed that most (not all) DR400 (early and new models) have tinted windows, like this one : http://tagazous.free.fr/affichage2.php?img=10355 or this one : http://tagazous.free.fr/affichage2.php?img=5418 So I was wondering if you could make a "tinted windows patch" for the DR400x, so it will look more realistic with some repaints! Thanks in advance, thomavion
Emi 5161
At the Molment the DR400 is made as an exact replica of the real D-EVEM, so you can be sure the lookings are 100% realistic. Still that doesn't mean that the develop might still do it. We'll have to see and wait on his answer.
marcc 14
Hi, tinted windows are no problem! And the HB-KBR and the HB-KFV actually have tinted windows. Regards, Marcus
thomavion 0
Hi, tinted windows are no problem! And the HB-KBR and the HB-KFV actually have tinted windows. Regards, Marcus Thank you Marcus, but actually I was wondering about much more tinterd windows thant this : http://www.flickr.com/photos/toteavbods-pictures/8492287266/in/photostream In fact I did'nt buy the DR400x yet, but I found while watching screenshots of the product that the windows were not as tinted on some repaints (except on the D-EVEM, because I know that it's a perfect replica of the real one), and I d'like to know if it was possible to make one tinted windows model to add some specific "real tinted windows" repaints to it. So if the developer doesn't answer, Maybe will I buy the DR400 and try to change this myself...
J.Schweigler 203
You can easily change it yourself by changing the alpha channel of the texture if you are able to use a graphics program like photoshop. Bests Joachim

Bests Joachim Ok, thank you Joachim, so I'll try myself... I'm not a very good at repainting aircrafts but maybe will I get something suitable with a bit of work, Thomavion
