Navdata Pro v 1.0.0.4 - Can't Connect To Server

I have correctly entered my account data into the app. I have turned off all firewall and antivirus protection.

When I select a format to download and click update the pop-up shows failed to connect to Aerosoft server.

I uninstalled it and reinstalled in the suggested folder. Same problem.

The destination folder is correct for the data.

Any advice?

Win XP-32 SP3

FS 2004

PMDG and FSBuild 2.4 are my initial tests. I purchased a one time subscription.

Hi,

I just reinstalled NavDataPro v1001, and when I try to run the updater so I can update the application to the latest version I also get a message, Failed to connect to Aerosoft-server.

I can download and update AIRAC, but not the Application itself.

Any ideas?
